ISLAMABAD — November 1, 2025:
Pakistan’s intelligence agencies have successfully foiled another Indian espionage attempt, arresting a Pakistani fisherman, Ejaz Mallah, who was reportedly recruited by Indian intelligence for anti-state activities.

Operation Exposed Before Execution

According to Pakistan’s Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, the arrest was made during a swift operation at sea after surveillance teams detected suspicious movements.

“Indian agencies had tasked Ejaz Mallah with purchasing uniforms of Pakistan’s Army, Navy, Air Force, and Rangers, along with other materials to be used for false flag operations,” Tarar said during his press conference in Islamabad.

He added that Mallah had completed the procurement of the required items including matches and multiple Zong SIM cards and was attempting to cross into Indian waters when he was captured by Pakistani security personnel.

India’s Failed Espionage Network

Minister Tarar, in his televised briefing, stated that this attempt was a continuation of India’s failed covert campaign, referring to it as “yet another malicious Indian operation following the failure of Operation Sundoor.”
He emphasized that Pakistan’s intelligence and maritime units acted swiftly, ensuring national security remained uncompromised.

“This arrest exposes India’s desperation and its repeated failures to destabilize Pakistan through deceit and misinformation,” the minister noted.

Social Media Statement

In a tweet on X (formerly Twitter), Minister @TararAttaullah reiterated:

“Pakistan’s intelligence agencies have exposed India’s plan to use Pakistani fisherman Ejaz Mallah for anti-state activities. Acting swiftly, our agencies arrested him in time from the sea while he attempted to reach India. Another Indian plot has failed. #IndiaFailed”

Pattern of False Flag Attempts

Officials believe the latest espionage plot was aimed at fabricating a false narrative against Pakistan, similar to previous false flag attempts orchestrated by Indian agencies.
Security analysts say such moves are intended to divert attention from internal unrest and regional failures within India.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting reaffirmed Pakistan’s stance that it will continue to expose and neutralize Indian-sponsored operations while maintaining vigilance along its maritime borders.
