During his stay, Admiral Ashraf is scheduled to meet the top leadership of the Bangladesh Armed Forces, including Admiral Mohammed Nazmul Hassan, Chief of Naval Staff; General Waker-uz-Zaman, Chief of Army Staff; and Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, Chief of Air Staff.

These meetings will focus on enhancing bilateral defence cooperation, maritime collaboration, and regional security a sign of warming ties between Islamabad and Dhaka after years of limited engagement.
